Associate Degree of Business (90 Credits)

Students will earn a business degree with a specialization in Financing, Land Acquisition, Project Management, or Community Development

Developing a Business Perspective- 6 Credits

Students understand what it means to exude an "abundant" mindset in business. Students master what it means to be an owner versus a worker 

Land Acquisition - 3 credits

Students are prepared to learn the business of how to acquire land for affordable housing.  Students master how land acquisition enhances business principals 

Fundamentals of Management- 6 credits

Students master how to manage the day-to-day operations of a business. They learn how to create resumes as well as how to review resumes to select workers that best fit the company's goals. 

Fundamentals of Community Service- 3 credits

Students understand the importance of giving back to their community as essential in business. 

Contracts in Business- 3 credits

Students master the fundamentals to form a valid contract 

Principals of Marketing- 3 credits

Students understand the secrets behind successful marketing methods such as Florida's #1 Real Estate Brokerage

Business Law- 3 credits

Students understand the legal ramifications of running a business. 

Introduction to Project Management- 3 Credits

Students master the fundamentals of managing a project

Employee Management- 3 credits

Students master how to hire and maintain quality employees for a successful business.

Business Externship- Up to 12 credits

Students  complete an externship with a business owner to receive hands-on experience.
